Good quality, minor delay

I purchased custom blackout curtains for my bedroom. The online measuring guide was helpful, and I submitted my dimensions without issue. Fabric samples arrived quickly, which helped me choose the 'Midnight Blue' velvet. Production took about 10 days, then shipping to California was another 7, so it was a bit longer than I hoped, but within their estimated window. Yeah, they have waterproof ones specifically. You gotta make sure you select that option when you're ordering, otherwise it's just sun shade, not rain protection.

Mine took about 2-3 weeks from when I ordered to when they showed up in LA. They're custom so it's not Amazon fast, but not terrible either.

I've gotten stuff from both! TheHues drapes are surprisingly good for the price. I'd say they're on par with PB quality, maybe even a bit better sometimes because they're truly custom to your measurements, not just 'standard' sizes.

My friend got some velvet curtains from TheHues and they look super high end. I think it's a better deal than West Elm for custom stuff, you pay less but get similar quality.

What's their return policy like for custom stuff? If I get the measurements wrong, am I just stuck with them?

Unfortunately, with custom stuff, returns are usually tough if the mistake is on your end with measurements. They do have a detailed guide on how to measure, so follow that closely! I don't think they take back custom items unless they made a mistake.

I think for custom orders, if it's made to your specs, you generally can't return it unless there's a defect. That's how it works with most custom places, afaik.

Nah, pretty sure you can only use one code at a time. I tried to stack a percentage off with free shipping last time and it wouldn't let me.

Most places like this only let you use one promo. You'll probably have to pick the better discount. Free shipping usually isn't that much savings compared to 10-15% off a big custom order.
